    Also, why is Bad capitalized? Is that it’s proper name? Reginald Bad’s jail for improper grammer?

People who, you know, use all kinds of, well, uh, meaningless distraction words, like, all the time, because they, you know, don’t really had their thoughts, or their meaning, like, well prepared so they kind of, well, ramble on a bit, I guess, until they, umm, sort of figure out what it is they really want to say.
