I’m sorry for your loss. Piper was always entertaining when he appeared on the site. For your next cat, might I suggest a Maine Coon? I’ve had Persians, Siamese, Himalayans, Ragdolls, and alley cats, but the Maine Coon is without a doubt my favorite breed. They combine Persian affection (and a LOT of fur), Siamese curiosity and intelligence, and the size of a small mountain lion. Whatever your next cat is like, we will look forward to meeting it.
