your scenario implies that Kerry is simply ignorant of what’s going on. I’d say it’s more like he’s yelling “no running!” AT the people trying to save the drowning person…and that drowning person has a parking spot he really wants.
Nah. John Kerry would be the life guard who puts the other life guards in for a employee write-up for breaking the rules, while they run and dive into the pool to save the drowning person.
