What exactly is their “baseline” for “normal” weather? Over how long a period of time? How long ago? How recent? Where? The whole world? Based upon what criteria? Egads these people are a couple beers shy of a case.

I propose that there is a direct correlation between raising temperatures and raising taxes. If we are to save the planet from catastrophic global warming we must cut taxes immediately!
