We all know from the contraceptives brouhaha that failure to actively subsidize something is to infringe upon the right to have it, so I say the gubmint should not only force everyone to pay for firearms liability insurance, but should require that all citizens share the purchase and maintenance costs of individually owned guns, regardless in each case of whether the citizens being taxed for the costs own firearms themselves. The failure to make other people buy my guns and insurance violates my Second Amendment rights. (Also, food stamps – I mean SNAP cards – should be redeemable for ammo, because fundamental rights.)
