    Which has only dumbed down efforts at new and original creativity and imagination. Why create something new and fantastic when you can take pre-established and already-loved characters and settings, and just shove a new storyline into it.

    The fact that SO MANY movies these days are jumping from the pages of comics (and I’m not just talking your well-known DC/Marvel stuff) is testament enough to that.

  2. #12-tough. Don’t like to be portrayed as a barbaric, 7th century throwback? Stop acting like a barbaric 7th century throwback. NExt time, instead of throwing gays off a building, buy them some nice curtains and an espresso with a lemon twist.
