I dunno; this GOP ad this late in the game reeks of desperation. Still, Kos’s feverish assertion that terrorist concerns will cause more people to vote Democrat is about as delusional as it gets (“Save us, fearsome Democrats! Your whining and your criticism of Bush is all that can stop Islamic terror!”).
Still, I am a partisan shill, so it is my duty to try and rescue the Republicans despite how much they deserve to drown. Their new ad combined with Superstar’s link to an old post of mine has opened up a huge fount of inspiration. Expect a cool new series from me starting Monday. I’m quite excited about it, and I hope my vagueness has excited you too.

I am excited for the new series to be unveiled that is to say unless it is not beneficial or of no effect whatsoever. I think the Republicans will suprise at the next election unless of course the data disagrees.

The desire to “throw the bums out” must be tempered by the reality that as stoopid as many of our GOP goons are, they are far better than the alternative. I shudder to think of what the dhimmicrats have planned if they regain control of both houses. Does anyone think they won’t launch impeachment hearings? That’s their only goal. They’ll stall on absolutely everything that’s important, judges, military funding, homeland security, everything. It would be a nightmare.
Why would an ad pointing out that the Democrats would fail miserably when it came to the handling of the most important issue of our lifetime (potentially resulting in the deaths of thousands of Americans as a result of their girly-man appeasement policies) an issue on which polls vastly back Republicans over Democrats, aired before an election seem desperate?
What would you have them put in campaign ads right now, apologies for Mark Foley?
The Lefties love to quote Exit Polls as proof that elections were stolen. What they conveniently forget is that the only people who can vote during the day (and be included in the early polls) are those who are not gainfully employed. Only the Unemployed, College Students and Retirees can afford to vote in the mornings and spend time talking to Pollsters. That is the real reason their polls are so skewed.
