Off topic: Did you see that Chuck Schumer is trying to ban laundry detergent pods for supposedly looking too much like candy? “These pods were supposed to make household chores easier, not tempt our children to swallow harmful chemicals. I saw one on my staffer’s desk and I wanted to eat it.” He also said, “I don’t know why they make them look so delicious” (quotes are from stories at The Daily Caller).
Yes, that’s a sitting Senator talking about how delicious detergent pods look. Can we get a discussion on twitter about how else you can #Schumerproof your house to make it safe for the senator?
As for the topic at hand: I’d love to make “The party that doesn’t boo God” into a bumper sticker. But I live in Boston, so I’m afraid that wouldn’t be a selling point.
In his speech at the RNC convention, Artur Davis looked out into the camera and asked that other people like himself, who voted for Obama in 2008, watch the DNC convention and see if the people there and the things they were saying reflected their values. I hope they did, so they could see the DNC freaks boo God and cheer for an illegal immigrant.
