unfortunately, in real life members of Congress get congressional benefits for life…just like they did before Obamacare even though one of the selling points was that Obamacare would end that.
How about you can serve more then 4 terms In Congress but every year all those who have been elected go into a lottery where 10 are randomly chosen for crucifixion on national TV. If you have less than 20 to choose from you go to 10 percent.
how about if you’re an elected official and you violate the Constitution, you get a musket to the junk…and we can institute the same rule children should have for toys. For every new law you pass, you have to get rid of one.

I’m still in favor of a Constitutional Convention during which Congress is shut down, i.e. booted. Later, it would be rebooted. Hard.
