I am surprised they didn’t just take the usual governmental route of eliminating the jobs of those taking the loans.
Maybe if Obama hadn’t collapsed the job market with Obamacare and over-regulation, there might not be as many vulnerable Americans in need of payday loans?

What makes that totally Chicago-an is that a few years ago he was trying to get the USPS(PDF warning) into the payday lending deal.
