“You’ve Got Something in Your Teeth” – “Yeah, Well I Guess It’s Staying There for a While”

A residence hall in Bucknell University covered its mirrors in an effort to promote “body positivity” and “self-love” during “Eating Disorder Awareness Day”.

Great. Now I feel like third-rate trash because I’m fat AND my hair’s not combed.

  1. So when is Mental Disorder Awareness Day? God knows they need at least one a week.

How long did it take for the covers to be removed? I’m guessing about 2 minutes. Females (even fat ones) can’t go 5 minutes without looking at themselves.

  2. A fairly good metaphor for the Left’s refusal to engage in reflection.

“Aaaugh! Reality! It must be suppressed!!”

The darn sexist patriarchal things refused to show them male parts where there weren’t any, and vice versa.

Malice in Wonderland. “We’re through with the looking-glass, people!”

  3. Yawn. Another single-day symbolic gesture by leftists.

Manufacture a one-time headline, make a one-day gesture, go back to status quo.

Reveals exactly what they are really out to accomplish.

    Mass perturbation.

  4. I’m surprised that the snowflakes who suffer from an eating disorder would want to be made aware of their disorder. However I can understand why they would want to cover up their mirrors.
