I enjoy the YouTube channel “Today I Found Out.” You probably figured that out by now.
Sometimes, they tell about things I didn’t know. Sometimes they tell about things I already knew. But, they’re usually interesting.
This has nothing in particular to do with the video I’m about to post. Just thought I’d mention it.
Anything you’d like to mention? About anything? Because it’s your turn to take over. It’s Tuesday Night Open Thread.
Who wants to start?

Not one single Black person was killed in Charlottesville. Sharpton is mad as hell!!
True, but that is more than countered by the fact that the left has a new martyr who is a female (thanks to an ignorant twenty year old who will deservedly spend the rest of his life in prison) and that is more than enough to trump the fact that no blacks were harmed in the production of this protest.
We can’t even get our protests diverse enough.
Meriwether Lewis, who, with William Clark, explored the northwestern United States, was born August 18, 1774.
If you haven’t read Stephen Ambrose’s account of the Lewis & Clark Expedition, Undaunted Courage, you are really missing out. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
