Now word is that Joe Biden would nominate Barack Obama to the Supreme Court if he’s elected president.
Ain’t that a helluva way to start the week, with that bit of nonsense? Imagine the president with the most Supreme Court losses sitting on that body.
Just when you thought Democrats couldn’t get any worse, they suggest something like this.
I assume no one is wondering why I swore off of voting for Democrats many many years ago.

Well, he’s no Taft.
I think Obama is too lazy to want to be a Supreme Court justice. He’s making lots of money now with little effort. I suppose he could take the job and do little work – much like when he was editor of the Harvard Law Review. But he’d still have to show up fairly regularly. Though I’m sure there are some exceptions, the justices have traditionally had careers noted for diligence and extensive written legal opinion. Obama is not known for either.
I just don’t think Obama would want the job. If you disagree consider the fact that the junior justice has to fetch meals and coffee for all the other justices during their closed-door deliberations. Can you see Obama agreeing to do that?
Obama will get a pass from toting that barge and lifting that bale because of his skin color. Brett Kavanaugh will stay on as the junior justice.
Like Taft (which he isn’t) he would hold out for the office of Chief Justice. Roberts isn’t going quail hunting in Texas anytime soon, is he?
Obama kissed Christine Blasey-Ford at a boozy party! None of her friends remember that, but prove he didn’t!
I’m surprised Anvil Joe hasn’t already named Obama as his running mate.
Well, the 25th Amendment does state that “… no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.” And, since Obama is no longer eligible for the office of President (having served the maximum two terms) he would be ineligible to become Vice-President.
Oh, wait. That presumes that Democrats actually care about the Constitution. My bad. Never mind.
Technically he has two years of eligibility left… if he has/had any at all, of course.
I think that only applies if he moves from VP to President for less than 2 years. He can still win election twice but if he served a majority of the term he would be over the 2 and 2 rule and since he was elected twice would be ineligible to be elected VP.
“If you disagree with my ruling, you’re racist” won’t fly.
I thought they were going to name him UN General Secretary.
I think most of the “woke community” would agree that Obama can do much more for the cause as a Supreme Court judge than as the UNGS.
Not after President [insert Democrat Socialist name here] surrenders our sovereignty to the UN.

If he bothered to write any opinions they would be hilarious.
