This is me. Well, I have more hair than this. And I shave. And wear real shoes. And big boy pants. But you get the point. This is me. For over four years now.
Roku. Apple TV. Chromecast. Fire TV. TiVo. And there are many more options. Yes, I’m paying much less for TV than I used to. So, yes, this is me.

You pay for TV? (See https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=antenna+tv)
Cut my link to Satellite about five years ago and never looked back. Saw a commercial in the middle of a show for the first time in years at a friends house and was so thrown off by the thing it took a few seconds to realize what was going on. A pox on Cable, Satellite & broadcast TV.
Hulu Plus. Amazon Prime. Purchase in-season stuff I really want to watch (Suits, Doctor Who, previously Justified and Breaking Bad). I actually live too far from antenna to get reliable OTA content. So, yeah, I pay. But not as much as if I had cable or satellite. Doctor Who and other cable shows (in-season) means the stuff I purchase, I’d have to, even with antenna. But the $8/month for Hulu Plus is more reliable than a $150+ antenna.
@Basil: Plus, if you’re far away, you need a tall antenna mast and a good RF preamp – and then you still might not get a very reliable digital signal. But in the old analog days, you’d be fine. BTW, my HD antenna cost $34 plus about $10 for a stout pole. Screw Comcast.
@4 Jimmy–yeah, I know, my signal is worse than the old days. Maybe I don’t have the right kind of antenna or a big enough antenna; two of the local stations are still VHF.
Going on 14 years now. (cable TV free) But I wouldn’t watch it if it was free. Mostly lies, leftist propaganda and indoctrination. Oh yeah, and commercials. Drudge and Lucianne for news. IMAO and YouTube for humor, education and entertainment. Add friends family and I’m content.
I just stopped watching TV. There are so many better things to do.
Me too.
Only I don’t pay for streaming services either. Just what I can get for free.
Public library is a great resource for that these days. Little slower, not quite “on demand” – but I’ve never been an “on demand” kinda guy for my television/movie entertainment.
