My Bacon Number

Thanks to the website spacemonkey posted, I have determined my Bacon Number I asked about earlier. I know it’s only supposed to apply to actors, but it’s important to know how far separated everyone is from Kevin Bacon.
Anyway, I, Frank J., have a sister who does costume design. She worked on the movie The Eliminator (she did a lot of costume design though IMDB doesn’t have her listed) which starred Michael Rooker who was in JFK with Kevin Bacon.
So I have a Bacon Number of 3, only slightly higher than the average actor.

  1. One of the graduate students who taught me and with whom I worked with at UNL was Patrick Tuttle.
Patrick Tuttle has a Bacon number of 2.
Patrick Tuttle was in To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar (1995) with Beth Grant
Beth Grant was in Flatliners (1990) with Kevin Bacon
    My Baconnummer is 3.
    That is just frickin’ bizarre.
    Small world, I guess.

Since I went to UNO, which makes us both of us having gone to school in the same state, can I claim some connection to you?

  3. “Judith Ivey has a Bacon number of 2.
Judith Ivey was in Mystery, Alaska (1999) with Maury Chaykin
Maury Chaykin was in Where the Truth Lies (2005) with Kevin Bacon”
I went to high school with Judy and her sister, Sara, and brother Jim. Guess my number is 3. Hooray!

  4. #3 – My sister-in-law knows Mary Lynn Rajskub (her best friend’s niece) who was in Road Trip (2000) with Rachel Blanchard. Rachel Blanchard was in Where the Truth Lies (2005) with Kevin Bacon. Mary Lynn is a #2 – but since I don’t know her directly…I’m a #3. That makes me #3 from JACK BAUER too!

  5. I’ve eaten plenty of bacon.
    Does that count?
A few years back when I lived in DC there were a couple afternoon DJ’s (WARW, I forget the main guy’s name but his sidekick was Dave the Predictor) who did a call-in Bacon game every day. People called with obscure actors. If you stumped them you won something. Very few people stumped these guys. They always found a connection.
