Regarding the Seattle-Tacoma hissyfit over Christmas trees and menorahs

Q: Why did the Seattle-Tacoma Airport put up Christmas trees and not menorahs for the holiday season?

A: Because if they put up a manger scene, people would think “Jesus, how long have THEY been waiting for their flight?”

  1. I thought the symbol of the ‘Christmas Tree’ was secular aka NON religious.
Whereas the Menorah is a Jewish religious symbol.
It’s not like the airport was filled with crosses.
Besides, aren’t those menorahs like 12 flaming sticks of doom?
I’d rather be on a plane full of mutherfk’n snakes than a plane full of hot mutherfk’n hot candle wax

  2. The rabbi wanted to put up a large, electric lit thingamagig. Sez it isn’t religious because it has no oil. So, I guess you’d get a secular tree plus a secular thingy.
    Too complicated for me.
From now on they should just have big presents all around. Everyone likes presents.
    Don’t they?

  3. No, no, no…everyone has it wrong! Those wern’t Christmas trees, they were regular trees. The trees were just there for the hippies to give one more hug before they got on those large, atmospheric polluting airplanes!
