That railing to the right looks like a cane. This is more “old blind guy” than it is “Mr Cool”, even without the accidental meme fail.
I’m rooting for Biden’s cool coat (which looks like it has a midget in it)! And his shades, man.
Biden, not so much.
It does look like the arrow was going for the coat and bounced right off.
Between the arrow, the hook, the rooting, and Biden’s raised leg and right hand, the whole thing has a very disturbing phallic vibe. Oh, I get it: Biden’s a Dick.
If you zoom in really, really close you’ll see the arrow is pointing to a guy picking his nose.
Which makes sense, once you think about it.
He better put up his bullet proof shield if bullets are pointed at all of us. Joe Biden the gift that keeps on giving. He’s like the energizer bunny.

Even better, the arrow points at an empty stool.
Biden is a stool all right. I had to take a stool sample to the lab once when they thought I was leaking blood internally. Turned out I wasn’t but the sample looked much like those hairplugs.
Is it wrong that I thought his coat on the railing looked like a hunched down woman in a burka?
