As Harvey already posted about, there apparently there is going to be a short film on the government’s plan in the 50s to nuke the moon (trailer here). This is weird, because I was not consulted. I thought was the definitive authority on nuking the moon. But I noticed that if you put “nuke the moon” into Google, you can’t even find my essay now because of all the links to stories on the government’s plan to actually nuke the moon. It was the definitive piece from my blog for ten years, and now it’s like it’s forgotten.
