@2 – Roost, perhaps, but we’ve had several Presidents who had eagles on their shoulders because they had been bird colonels in the US Army. In addition to Washington (who may have started as a general), Jackson, Taylor, Grant, and Garfield (and possibly others) held the rank of colonel at some point in their military service.
That’s the meanest looking handicapped person I’ve ever seen.
