You know what today is, right?
That’s right.
Make Monday good. Offer a joke, a story, a lie, a thought, or just share anything you like. It’s Monday Night Open Thread, and you control the conversation.
Who wants to start?

Just remember, every day is a gift from God. Well, except for Monday; Satan slips that one in. He’s a sneaky bastard.
I’m just grateful I don’t live in a country like North Korea where every day is Monday.
Except for the elite…where every day is a Tuesday. Every day should be a Friday for the elite but for the Kim factor. He makes sure there’s only one person in his country for which everyday is a Friday.
Okay…if you figure out how he did it please let me know, and don’t tell me it was demons ’cause I’m not buying that.
I just know that I’d hate to be the one who has to clean up all those cards.
i’m thinking demons…
Gale Sayers, the most exciting football player I’ve ever seen (and I’ll note here that, somehow, I never saw Barry Sanders play), is seventy-four today. I actually had the privilege of seeing him play against the Vikings in 1965, in Wrigley Field, with George Halas coaching the Bears (who won). That reminds me that I’m old enough that I need to go tell the kids to get off my lawn.
