Hillary Said ‘Could Not Recall’ ‘Did Not Recall,’ ‘Did Not Remember,’ ‘Had No Recollection’ 41 Times
    CNS News | September 2, 2016 | Terence P. Jeffrey

In a July 2 interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigation about her email practices, use of a personal email server, and specific emails she sent and received as secretary of state, Hillary Clinton told her questioners, as the FBI summarized it, that she “could not recall,” “did not recall,” “did not remember” or “had no recollection” 41 times.

“Clinton did not recall receiving any emails she thought should not be on an unclassified system,” Clinton told the FBI, according to page 4 of the summary that was released today. “She relied on State officials to use their judgment when emailing her and could not recall anyone raising concerns with her regarding the sensitivity of the information she received at her email address.”

That paragraph included the eleventh and twelfth examples of when the FBI said she told them should did not or could not recall something.

“HUMA ABEDIN also had an account on clintonemail.com because she frequently assisted Clinton with personal matters,” said the FBI summary. “CLINTON did not recall any other individual s being offered an account on clintonemail.com.”

In the summary, the FBI describes several instances in which a specific email was presented to Clinton during the bureau’s interview with her and she said she did recall the email.

The FBI’s redacted summary of its exchange with Clinton over one specific email she did not remember makes reference to “deliberation over a future drone strike.”

“[Redacted] After reviewing an email dated [redacted] with subject line [redacted] CLINTON stated she did not remember the email specifically,” said the FBI summary. “CLINTON stated deliberation over a future drone strike did not give her cause for concern regarding classification. CLINTON understood this type of conversation as part of the routine deliberation process. Moreover, she recalled many conversations about future strikes that never occurred.”

In the interview with the FBI, according to the summary, Clinton said that after she had a concussion and a blood clot at the end of 2012, she did not “recall every briefing she received” at the end of her tenure at the State Department.

“CLINTON stated she received no instructions or direction regarding the preservation or production of records from State during the transition out of her role as Secretary of State in early 2013,” said the summary.

“However, in December 2012, CLINTON suffered a concussion and then around the New Year a blood clot. “Based on her doctor’s advice, she could only work at State for a few hours a day and could not recall every briefing she received.”

Clinton Doesn’t Remember Signing NDA About Handling of Classified Material

    Free Beacon | 6/8/16 | David Rutz

Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton said Wednesday that she couldn’t remember signing a non-disclosure agreement as secretary of state that laid out criminal penalties for mishandling classified information. In an interview with Fox News host Bret Baier the day after she declared victory in the Democratic primary race, Clinton insisted yet again she never sent nor received any material over her private, unsecured email server that was marked classified. “Secretary Clinton, you said you sent or received nothing that was marked classified, but you did sign a non-disclosure agreement, an NDA, in 2009 that said markings don’t matter…”

45 times Secretary Clinton pushed the trade bill she now opposes
    10/07/2015 / CNN

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination, seems reluctant to take a firm position on an issue dividing her party: whether President Obama should have fast-track trading authority for the immense trade deal he has been negotiating, the Trans-Pacific Partnership. With some progressive voters eyeing her with some skepticism, and facing a challenge (such as it is) from candidates on her left, she is being advised to tack in that direction. President Obama has been pushing hard for the deal, while Democrats in the House of Representatives on Friday revolted and voted against…

The NY Times editorial board’s vote of no confidence in Hillary Clinton
    Hotair | 04/24/2015 | NOAH ROTHMAN

It is admittedly difficult to bear the obsequious servility that punctuates The New York Times editorial board’s latest gentle attempt to convince Hillary Clinton that she has a serious problem on her hands. Viewed, however, as a window into the thinking of the Democratic Party’s terrified pragmatists who are slowly coming to the realization that they backed the wrong horse, The Times’ latest is clarifying. It is a desperate and helpless demand that Clinton somehow stop the bleeding. “Nothing illegal has been alleged about the foundation, the global philanthropic initiative founded by former President Bill Clinton,” The Times editorial averred….
