Last weekend, I went to the Georgia-Florida game. Took my grandson. He had a good time.
I had recorded the game. I have TiVo set up to record all the Georgia games that are on broadcast TV, and since CBS carried the game, it was waiting on me when I got home.
However, last weekend was a full weekend. This week was full, too. And, yesterday was pretty busy. But, I woke up early this morning, and decided to watch the game. I thought it’d be cool if I saw me and the grandson on TV. I’ve spotted myself on TV before at Georgia Southern games. What with the shirt and tie in the stands, it’s easy to spot me.
So, I plopped down in the recliner and put the game on. Watched the whole thing. My grandson and I sat in one of the upper levels, and those aren’t often included in crowd shots. Or, they weren’t for the Georgia-Florida game. So, I didn’t see us.
I did see my ex-wife in the stands. It looked like she was sitting near the band. So, this morning’s scouring of the crowd at the Georgia-Florida game did not go at all as planned. Georgia still won, so it ended up being okay.
Go Dawgs!
So, what about you? Got something you’d like to talk about? It’s Sunday Night Open Thread, after all.
What’s on your mind?
