Too early.
“Is there any cheese in Cheez Whiz?”
Is there Greek bouzouki music playing off to one side?
“Oh no! The cat’s eaten it.”

James Garfield, the twentieth President of the United States and the second one to be assassinated, was born November 19, 1831, in what is now Moreland Hills, Ohio. He had the unusual ability to write Greek with one hand and Latin with the other (I’m not making this up), and, of course, spoke English, giving him proficiency in three more languages than Joe Biden. He also served as a brigadier general in the Civil War,
Which means he outranks Joe Biden too.
I officially pronounce this thread…Dead.

And I would dearly love to find out how to just have the video in the comment and not a link. every time I try to find out how I get links and link to on the site but not in the comments. sigh,
On your computer, open the video on the YouTube. Beneath the video, there are some icons, Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down, Share. You want Share. From the popup, click Embed. Click the code at the top. Copy (CTRL-C) the code, and paste that in the comment.

Well that did not turn out well. But then what I copied from youtube is not what got posted here, or rather when I posted it part of it changed.
Let’s see if it works for me
You work here. Maybe WordPress lets you do stuff others don’t. Let me try.
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7_yixyy9ts&w=560&h=315%5D
So, did it work?
Edit: It didn’t. So, what did we learn?
Now to try while logged in with a WordPress account.

So, did that work?
Edit: Nope.
Well, then. It appears that you must have a blog account, or — and this is more likely — be an elevated privileges user to paste certain HTML code in comments. Probably a security feature. Only, there might be a workaround. I’ll research.
Sorry for the trouble.

Edit: Nope.
WordPress has an major release update. I’ll be implementing it soon. Perhaps that’ll solve it.
Thanks for all your work on this, it is appreciated.
I’ve added a plugin that ought to solve things.
Let’s find out, shall we?
Here’s a simple link to a YouTube video:
