A new survey shows that 72% of Americans think the media “report news they know to be fake”.

Weirdly, 100% of these people still trusted that the stranger on the phone was actually a Gallup pollster.

  1. The only way you are going to constrain fake news from being reported is to loosen libel laws. Got to bring it down to something along the lines of a preponderance of the evidence indicating knowledge what was printed was false and soften the the whole proof of malice thing. I would also limit that those entities that claim to be “news” organizations, exclude private citizens speaking only for themselves.
