How do they tell the difference from Muslim sightings?
Rats won’t kill you for being an unbeliever. Or for drawing a cartoon of a rat. Or for being a Christian. Or for any of the thousands of other reasons Muslims will kill you.
And rats don’t have a map set up to report dog sightings.
