I don’t have every phone book in the world (do they still print those?) and I’m too worried about very unwanted attention to do an internet search, but that’s my question. And, if so, what do we do about them? They’re literally Hitler!

As the schlemiel around this place (well, in the sense of baked in straight man), it’s my duty to inform you that according to my copy of the American Heritage Picture History of World War II that on December 7, 1941 there were 49 men in America named Adolf Hitler. As I recall the tome (and it’s a tome), 48 of them changed their name in short order. The last Adolf Hitler in America said that the one in Germany could change his!
It follows then, that the possibility exists of extant people in the US currently named “Adolf Hitler.”
