And President Biden has also indicated that he will make a final decision about enacting broad student loan forgiveness by that date, as well.

With only weeks to go before this key deadline, millions of student loan borrowers are dealing with unprecedented uncertainty as they await a formal announcement.

Is the federal government still issuing student loans?

Is it a contract negotiated in good faith by both sides?

    • I don’t think we need to worry. This plan would require college students to declare themselves as a woman, but as the government cannot define what a woman is, nobody will qualify. Biden gets the headlines and votes, the government gets to keep collecting the money.
