Oh he did something. I remember he turned down an offer to have Bin Laden sent to the US for custody and trial. Whatever did that guy plan and help execute afterwarrds. Memory fails me sometimes.
I remember an interview on TV I heard the New York Chief of Police say: “We will never forget 911.”
