Old songs are the best.
One note about this song. It was first recorded by Glen Gray and the Casa Loma Orchestra in 1932. It became the band’s theme, and was used for the radio program “Camel Caravan” — yes, Camel cigarettes. So, in addition to being good music, it’s also very politically incorrect. So double win!

True story: I watched the news today. I saw a piece about the protests held on the steps in front of the the Supreme Court. Among the protesters was a woman holding a sign that read “Abortion is a human right.” Oddly enough, even though I agree that abortion should be legal, I thought that sign wasn’t very well thought out in that it didn’t consider the “human rights” of the human that is being aborted. Just a thought.
To the Left it ain’t human until it can vote for a Democrat.
So we’re just pretending last night didn’t not happen?
Pretend hell. It didn’t happen. But that is your point.
I think we’re in some kind of time warp!
Luckys. My stepfather used to chain smoke them. My mother would pack 3 packs in his lunch box every morning. He actually lived to the ripe old age of 51.
Another song about smoking those cigarettes………

Man, I don’t know if someone vets Trump’s tweets, but either Trump or that person has a good sense of humor. Pointed humor.
