The bear was found in the New York park in October 2014 by a dog walker who then notified a Central Park Conservancy worker who contacted police.
I heard he shot the bear from the 6th floor of the Dakota Building.
Just the type of fun guy for whom we should vote.
In his defence the bear was coked up.
