This is the Left’s War on Free Speech. They know that if this election is about Obama, then the Democrats will lose. Therefore, they must make it nearly impossible to talk about him without using these “racially-coded dog-whistle words” (I can’t believe I just typed that idiotic phrase). It’s all an experiment in language-control, and in the process, of course, they turn the English language into gibberish. It won’t work, but it will succeed in lowering political discourse even further than previously believed possible.
Liberals sure know a lot of ways to insult black people.
Let’s see…a friend of mine wrote a novel in which the gallant black hero is named Euclid. Someone eventually is bound to mention a Milton Berle comedy with racial humor in which Willie Best plays a character named Euclid. He also gave that name to his black cat. One of the store cats at my favorite bookstore is named Booker. He’s a black cat. Booker T. and the MGs? Booker T. Washington? But we also call him and his sister Sissy and Brudder. Brother? Is it POSSIBLE to say ANYTHING that doesn’t have some racial connotation?
