Yikes . . .

. . . imao, its not hard to imagine being dragged off in the dead of night to a reeducation camp with this playing in the background . . .

thanks to basil for working link — maybe the people who put the original link up suddenly realized how creepy it was and pulled it

  1. What is the name of the indoctrination center this poor child attends?

If my kids came home from grade school singing that, I’d raise hell with the Board of Ed, and my neighbors would be right behind me . . .

  2. Rush Limbaugh discussed this today – this is not just “a neighbor’s house,” it’s some of the Hollywood libs that put this together under the pretense that some freaky kids in some little neighborhood in small town America just decided on their own to make up some songs with multi-part harmony in honor of Obama…oh, and spend their allowance money on matching Obama shirts.

It’s more freaky that they think this is actually appealing to voters.

  3. Seriously – anyone else here a huge World War II buff? This is very VERY eerily similar to those propaganda films of German school kids singing ‘Deutschland Uber Alis’ during Hitler’s reign. It would be pretty effective if someone superimposed the image of one over the other.

  4. That is truly a disturbing video. It makes me think of all those gloom and doom science fiction books, where the future is ruled by some totalitarian government.

But hey, that’s why you lock your doors at night and keep at least one gun close to your bed. They’ll never drag me off to a reeducation camp. (at least, not alive…)

  5. Nothing creepy here. It’s just a bunch of children letting there inner hope out. I’m sure that soloist wrote the whole thing. The woman leading the thing was asked by the kids to direct the recital.

I like the t-shirts. Imagine Hope; is that an oxymoron?

  6. I’m Ba-aack! Gosh! there’s been some changes around here! Cool!

My old pc died last week and I finally got a new (used) Dell to replace it. I even got me a gravatar. I can’t wait to see how it looks.

    Anyway, I’m back.

  7. Anyone else creeped out that they don’t talk about Obama as running the US, but running THE WORLD, and that the world is one behind him? Play this next time a liberal claims that some conservative is accusing Obama of being the antichrist. It appears we aren’t the ones seeing him to world dictator.

About the only thing funny about this is that it sounds SO MUCH like Getting Gay With Kids on South Park.

Also creepy they are singing this “on a Sunday” at this little worship service. Yeah, Obamessiah isn’t an exageration at ALL. And let’s not ignore the Orwellian-scale banners all over. California? They didn’t even need to tell us that, did they?

Also very much like the following:

“Arise, you branded by a curse,
You whole world of the starving and enslaved!
    Our indignant intellect boils,
Ready to lead us into a fight to the death.
We will destroy this world of violence
Down to the foundations, and then
We will build our new world.
He who was nothing will become everything!

CHORUS: |: This will be the final
    and decisive battle.
    With the Internationale
the human race will arise. :|”

This, the first verse of The Internationale, was the anthem of the Soviet Union until 1945 and since it was written in (naturally) France it has become the anthem of communists, socialists, and anarchists world-wide.

    F**K.

Seriously, Frank, if this wack-job and his zombies win, can you turn the swear filter off for a week or two in November? kthxbye

  9. That reminds me of a high ranking Nazi (can’t remember exactly who) who said something to the effect of “Fight us all you want, protesting Germans. We’ve got your children on our side already.”

  10. aren’t there similar videos of Islamic children singing about the virtues of martyrdom? Every good dictator knows that be easiest way to put a nice face on his regime is to use the faces of children.

  12. While the parents of these children probably thought this was just darling, when the publishers of this little Messiah worship vid realized how creepy the rest of America found it, they pulled the video. This video really fits in with the Obama campaign- Children singing worship the leader, 30 lawyers in Alaska trying to dig up dirt on Sarah Palin, Truth Squads, Threatening media outlets that carry anti-obama ads, action wires to try to shut down opposing view points. The Obama campaign is downright scary!

  13. Did they say the oath, too?

“I, a Young Pioneer of the Obamanation, in the presence of my comrades solemnly promise that: (1) I will firmly defend the cause of the community organizer in the struggle for the liberation of the welfare queens and crackheads of the world; (2) I will honorably and unfalteringly carry out the covenants of God-King Obama and the laws and customs of the Democrat Party.”

  14. That video has “Hitler Youth” and “Young Pioneers” written all over it. By far the creepiest crap I’ve seen this election season, which has had more than it’s share of creepy crap. It’s amazing how totaliterian fascists and commies are so similar. Songs praising the leader are required by both. Poor kids, they have idiots for parents.

  15. Ok I agree extremely that is extremely creepy. Sure i’m going to vote there’s no doubt about that. But no way is that going to cause me to vote for Obama. That is creepy the song itself is creepy, not to mention the kids with these looks on their faces who probably don’t even know what they’re talking about.

What is this world coming to?

  16. Strange how I can’t get the multiple copies of this that I searched for on YouTube to play, including the embedded video here, but every other video I tried to view loaded without issue. Cover up?

  17. Is it just me, or did that song devolve into meaningless noise about halfway through? I don’t know if they just had a crappy microphone or what, but as soon as the teacher chick started spazzing out it sounded like a school lunchroom with wardrums in the background…

  18. The dumbest lines in the song is “We’re gonna change it and rearrange it” I mean I’ve heard better lyrics out of a Japanese want to be American cd. You know the ones where they can’t speak english but try to.

  19. Brings to mind (and not in a good way) some lines Cake’s song Comfort Eagle

    We are building a religion
    We are building it bigger
    We are widening the corridors
    And adding more lanes

    We are building a religion
    A limited edition
    We are now accepting callers
    For the pendant key chains

    To resist it is useless
It is useless to resist it
    His cigarette is burning
But he never seems to ash . . .

    We are building a religion
    We are making a brand
We’re the only ones to turn to
When your castles turn to sand . . .

    Some people drink pepsi
    Some people drink coke
    The wacky morning dj
    Says democracy’s a joke

He says now do you believe
    In the one big song
    He’s now accepting callers
Who would like to sing along

    She says, do you believe
    In the one true edge
    By fastening your safety belts
And stepping towards the ledge . . .

    Now do you believe
    In the one big sign
    The doublewide shine
On the bootheels of your prime

There’s no need to ask directions
If you ever lose your mind
    We’re behind you
    We’re behind you
And let us please remind you
We can send a car to find you
If you ever lose your way

    We are building a religion

    We are building it bigger

    We are building

    A religion

    A limited

    Edition

    We are now accepting callers…
    For these beautiful…
    Pendant keychains

  20. Any question now that the commies have taken over our public education system? I could only make it through about a minuet before asking Gaston to fetch a bucket (and perhaps a hose).
The worst thing about it is that it reminds me of when I have to walk through the Graphics and Video production buildings at work. The bottom photo (Children of the Damned) looks like everyone in those buildings every friday when I wear my “Liberalism is a Mental Disorder” or “Obama / Marx ’08” t-shirts. Luckily, I work in a small section that’s 100% ex-military right wing.

“Brings to mind (and not in a good way) some lines Cake’s song Comfort Eagle”

Was that the song in the end credits of Shallow Hal?

  22. It’s actually on the Cake’s Comfort Eagle album; You could probably download it of I-Tunes or what have you. Don’t know if was at the end of Shallow Hal (underated Farelly Brothers movie -btw), but it might have been. If it was, most likely included because it really is a catchy song. The Obomites can blast it without irony when they come around in their trucks with big soviet style posters of Obama on the side when they start rounding everyone up.

  23. A lot of people were probably dragged off in the night while this went through their heads…

Tomorrow belongs to me, indeed. I’m installing brass plates on the doors so the jack boots don’t scratch the paint when the truth squads come knocking. I’m polishing the rest of the brass in the house, too. Clean and shiny brass makes for more accurate brass. Hey! Is 23 bucks a good price for a box of .223/5.56 mm hollow point?

You don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows… (see, I’m being nice to Barry, even giving his friends a nod)
