Democracy to Give Way to Judgership

Man, I never understand this stuff. So I guess like gay marriage was in the Constitution all along and no one noticed it before. That’s a little hard to believe.

LIBERAL JUDGE: “Good job writing that Constitution, and it’s really progressive how you put protections for abortion and gay marriage in there.”

JAMES MADISON: “Thanks, I really… Wait, I did what now?”

Originally, the Constitution was this rock the country was built upon. Everybody had their different beliefs, but the Constitution gave us a set of rules we could all follow and come to agreements through. And if the Constitution was lacking, there was the Amendment procedure (that’s how we got rid of slavery). Now liberal judges have taken any meaning out of the Constitution and turned it to jello; it can’t hold up anything. Instead our country is held together by a patchwork of ever changing rulings. Instead of a set of rules everyone knows, laws get struck down or added based on the whims of a handful of judges who don’t even seem to have a sixth grade understanding of the Constitution.

Eventually, conservatives are going to realize they’re wasting their time getting the public behind them since what the public doesn’t matter anymore when you have judges in the right place who can make up the laws. Instead, we just need to focus on getting our own judges in place and then we can impose whatever we want on everybody. Like, doesn’t it seem that electing such an inexperienced dummy as Obama should be unconstitutional? We can get judges to say that, citing Science! and maybe a passing reference to the Constitution if that’s still in fashion. Eventually, we’ll do away with voting completely and have all battles be between judges. And we’ll design even stronger judges who are cyborgs or giant robots and lay waste to liberals. Think of a 50-foot tall Scalia. The streets will run red with blood of liberals — which sounds like an awful thing but if a judge says it’s okay then it’s okay.

Right on, right on, right on! It doesn’t seem to matter what the will of the people is since as the California Prop 8 situation shows, some liberal judge can tell the people to screw off and overturn their will. Mind you, I don’t have a problem with gay marriage, but hey, it’s the WILL OF THE PEOPLE we’re talking about here! Everywhere the issue has been put to the vote of the people they vote against gay marriage.

Remember, when GW Bush was in office the Democrats fought all his judicial appointments tooth and nail, they understand how to pack the federal benches to get their will imposed regardless of what the people want. You nailed this one, Frank.

  2. Over 1/2 of the country elected a man who is probably not eligible to be President, who is a Marxist, a Radical, and most definatly not a Christian. And they KNOW this. That is preciously why they voted for him.

1/2 of the USA knowingly voted for a Radical, Anti-American, Anti-Christian, Communist.

Wouldn’t it be easier to just have 50 separate countries? The country we are desperatly trying to save doesn’t exist anymore!

  3. Originally, the Constitution was this rock the country was built upon…. Now liberal judges have taken any meaning out of the Constitution and turned it to jello;…

Exactly right. That’s why people like Pete Stark figure there is nothing the federal government isn’t allowed to do. That attitude is pretty much the exact opposite of what the founders intended.

  4. I’m sorry to point this out, but this country is not now, nor has it ever been a “Democracy.” Although, we are getting closer and closer to being one, or “Mob Rule” with every election. We are a Constitutional Republic (huge difference).

Our founders found democracy to be worse than totalitarianism.

“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the majority discovers it can vote itself largess out of the public treasury. After that, the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits with the result the democracy collapses because of the loose fiscal policy ensuing, always to be followed by a dictatorship, then a monarchy.”

    – Alexander Fraser Tytler

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what’s for dinner.

  5. “Wouldn’t it be easier to just have 50 separate countries?”

The Constitution was written so we would have 50 different states, with a minimal federal government holding them together. So if CA wanted something that FL didn’t want, and it didn’t hurt FL; then CA could have it. The problem has been the legislative rape of the Commerce Clause, and the judicial disregard for the will of the people and the balance of power.

But I have a solution. Maybe some of these liberal judges need to meet some stained-glass windows. Obviously, I mean this rhetorically.

  6. Homosexuality is DISORDERED!!! It is not condemned repeatedly in the Old and New Testaments (as well as many holy books in other religions) because God is being mean. Levitical dietary regulations were not just nitpicky rules, but were designed to keep the Israelites healthy and safe. Diseases aside, sodomy is physically harmful and can result in permanent damage, most commonly rectal incontinence. If gays are now permitted to “marry” one another, what next? Should we lower the age of female consent to five? That would be great for statutory rapists like Roman Polanski or former Oregon governor Neil Goldschmidt. What about bestiality? A dog is man’s best friend, but now he can be so much more (7 year itch for man, 49 year itch for dog, will need many flea collars). What about a lifetime partnership with a horse? After it dies, its memory will linger the glued joints of all those woodworking projects. Why not let Muslims marry four wives? Half of southern Utah already does that.

  7. If we combine gay marriage with polygamy and bestiality, animal “rights” wackos can marry whole pods of whales and claim spousal abuse whenever one of them is killed and eaten.

  8. Many of the Old Testament prophets were polygamists so to equate Abrahams multiple wives with gay marriage and bestiality as all equal before God might be missing the mark.

    America is now a
RINO = Republic in Name only

  9. BTW this fight over gay marriage is really about:

For the left – Legitimizing their same sex relationships. They can have every right under civil rights that they will have under the name of marriage but they want the official title.

for the right – Churches that refuse to marry gay couples or preachers who teach homosexuality is a sin can be first sued second removed tax exempt status and in the future probably arrested for discrimination.

Many good people on the right are not looking along these lines and are missing that this is a winner take all confrontation. 90+% of gays might be against suing churches but it really only takes a few hundred to start shutting down small churches all across the country.

  10. BTW this gay marriage and judicial usurpation is why the bankruptcy and illegal immigration bothers me a lot less then it otherwise would.

If we lose this battle then crash and burn economy and illegals between street violence of gangs and the welfare state going bust will bring down quickly an out of control socialist America before it can get off the runway like the last militarily strong paranoid bankrupt socialist empire ….Nazi Germany did.

I would rather America fall to the ground where it can be reborn from the ashes then fall into the wrong hands and collapsing and ushering in a new multi-millennial dark ages like followed the military, moral, and financial collapse of Rome.

Someday I am going to make a huge list of technologies that existed in Rome that disappeared and did not reappear until 1800 years later. People assume all this medical and technical progress we have made is here to stay… History shows the exact opposite time and time again.

  11. That’s true Scott. The United States WAS a Republic!

But it is being transformed into a pro-Communistic Socialist Democracy. That is WHY they elected thee ObamaLamaDingDong. They hope that he will finish the job the Clintons failed to do. It is what they want.

The only hope we have is to listen Ann C. who says, “..we must invade their temples and destroy them”. Meaning that we must breakup the Liberal Monopoly on teaching children, teenagers, and college students. As long as Liberals are allowed to lead your children into HELL the United States is doomed.

But that would be too much work! Its easier to just bitch and complain about the damned liberals. The Republican (public) just sat back and let this happen. Other than an occasional snivel they have done nothing to stop it.

Personally I think the rot is too deep to stop. Its too late

  12. Any conservative revolution that does not break up the liberal monopoly on education, culture, and media will burn out and fail within a few election cycles. You cant sprint the whole marathon and people aren’t going to get energized for revolution every 2 years indefinitely.

  13. shiggz – thank you, THANK YOU for your post. I know so many conservatives who say “I have no problem with gay marriage” but once they learn this will infringe upon all of our religious liberties and parental rights (if you have kids in public school) – they begin to understand the true homosexual agenda. That’s why people like Olberman and his “Why do you care about gays marrying, it doesn’t hurt anyone?” scare me. THEY ARE LYING. I, too, did not care one iota about what gays did in the privacy of their own homes. Here in CA they already had all the legal rights/benefits that married couples do – so then you must ask yourself, what do they want? Why redefine marriage? One soon discovers the answer. Their goal is to take their agenda to MY CHILDREN and MY CHURCH in an attempt to force their lifestyle down our throats. Well NOW this mom of 4 certainly DOES have a problem with that. I am not motivated by hate – couldn’t be further from the truth – I am motivated by the desire to preserve my rights as a parent to teach my children right and wrong. I am motivated by the stories I hear/read about pastors being accused of HATE SPEECH for preaching against homosexuality according to the Bible. Your examples are good and there are a lot more involving individuals being sued because of their deeply held religious beliefs – one is an OB/GYN I know here in San Diego. And if you want to know what all of this translates to with regards to the public schools, check out massresistance.org. These aren’t scare tactics – this is REAL STUFF. They are after the hearts of our children (which is why I have h’schooled all of mine since kindergarten – my oldest is almost 13.) CA schools have been a stinky, liberal swamp for years now, growing worse by the minute. And don’t get me started on “tolerance” – those promoting the radical homosexual agenda are the opposite of tolerant. My house, and several neighbor’s homes were vandalized during the Prop 8 vote (we had Yes on 8 signs on our lawn) and my sister discovered that when you google my name, it comes up on many hateful gay websites (we donated to Prop 8). My name, address, everything – even the fact that I am a “homemaker”. I once had a gay friend in college – he was part of ACT UP at the time. For fun they used to vandalize Catholic churches and disrupt the services by throwing pig’s blood on parishoners. I was horrified then, but am reminded now that for many the goal is still the same – total acceptance or you are hateful, bigoted scum. So in conclusion (haha – wrote a lot here, sorry) I appreciate your comments and encourage ALL to look further into this issue if you care ONE BIT about parental rights and religious freedom. Thanks again, shiggz. I will shush now.

  14. If we put Ann Coulter, Mark Levin, Sarah Palin, and Rush Limbaugh on the Supreme Court (and guarded their lives 25 hours a days 8 days a week) we might be able to turn the tide. Maybe. And it would take a Civil War to appoint them. Short of that… there is no hope. The country formerly known as The United States of America doesn’t exist anymore. Sorry.

But this is the Barackalypse! Obamageddon is upon us! This is supposed to happen

  15. That liberal judge doesn’t know anything. He’s wrong on what the Constitution says, and he’s wrong in thinking that James Madison wrote it. A fellow named Gouverneur Morris actually wrote most of the Constitution. He was kind of a fun guy, actually; if he’d lived a hundred-fifty or so years later, he would have been putting whoopee cushions on people’s chairs and using a joy buzzer for handshakes.

  16. This is why we need activist conservative judges, instead of trying to play by the rules with dangerous liberal children who are incapable of playing by the rules. A good conservative judge would determine that the Founding Fathers intended for all liberals to be punched in their dumb monkey faces, using the writings of the esteemed Frank J. as clear evidence of the Founders’ intent. That should be a litmus test for all future judges.

  17. I don’t think the doom of our Republic is written in stone yet. What many people see as the last, desperate stand of free people against tyranny is REALLY the last chance for a judicial branch that is thiiiis close to losing the last shreds of its credibility. Every time a federal judge makes an arbitrary non-legal ruling that defies the actual law, the will of the people, and objective morality, the states and the people get more and more willing to consider simply disregarding the authority of the federal courts. If this corruption doesn’t start to get reversed in the next couple of electoral cycles, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if some states started ignoring the SCOTUS and just enforcing their own laws under their state supreme courts, federal decisions be damned.

  18. Saw this the other day

All the usual liberal puke comments are why I can’t stand that site but what got me was : So it’s perfectly OK and PC to say ewwwwwwwwwww to cousins getting married (which Mexicans do far more than people here I’d say but of course it’s ok for them) but when the VAST majority of normal people say ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww to two guys “marrying” each other, you’re guilty of a hate crime. Sorry but marrying your cousin (assuming they’re the right sex) is FAR higher on the ladder of normalcy than marrying another guy but of course, to a liberal, the only things that are normal are the things that aren’t.

  19. Thanks to the NEA our educational system has taught generations of people not how to think but what to think and what they’ve taught then to think is WRONG. This man should be removed from office immediately. If I were a Californian I would consider moving but I definitely wouldn’t pay anymore taxes until my vote was honored. Look at it this way, they can’t put everyone who voted for prop 8 in jail, they don’t have the room, they can’t afford it. They don’t have the money to feed and house the 50% illegal prison population now. It’s time to take back the country.

Down with tyrants, send them all to……….Pluto. It’s as cold, dark and vapid as a liberals morality.

  20. @Sulamie
Your welcome. Thanks for sharing your story. I am sorry for your troubles. I think eightmaps is a great example in so called “liberal tolerance.” I am LDS and have a number of friends in California who had similar hate crimes done to them after prop 8. In a lot of ways I was naive and ambivalent about the gay marriage before then.

    http://www.eightmaps.com

Any honest lefty would have to admit that if the Nazis had the internet and Google maps they would have made a website that conveniently marked every Jewish house in a neighborhood so their “activists” could “protest” or serve “social justice” on them.

If you dont know who David French is you may want to follow him on facebook he is a great and nice man who is also an Iraqi Veteran and Lawyer who has been spearheading a lot of this getting state out of religion battle.

  21. Welcome back, Sulamie!

The choices are getting clearer every day, as the masks come off.
    Man proposes, but God disposes

    Psalm 22:27-31
All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD; and all the families of the nations shall worship before him.
For dominion belongs to the LORD, and he rules over the nations.
Yea, to him shall all the proud of the earth bow down; before him shall bow all who go down to the dust, and he who cannot keep himself alive.
Posterity shall serve him; men shall tell of the Lord to the coming generation,
and proclaim his deliverance to a people yet unborn, that he has wrought it.

  22. Well I’m going to go ahead and say that I have no legal problem with legalizing gay marriage. I think both sides of the issue have great arguments (as many of you have stated them here) but clearly the legal, constitutional argument just hasn’t been presented to NOT legalize gay marriage. That was a double negative, but you get my drift. Quote scripture all you want but people on the other side can do the same. I can’t give you a good example as I am not going to pretend to be one of them but I hear this get debated and hear these Bible verses get swapped around all the time. Ultimately just because religions may condemn the homosexual lifestyle doesn’t mean are laws must as well.

As for judges making the laws, that’s crap. Then again, I think that being a representative republic is also crap. I think that I should be the Dictator of Earth. I keep trying to plan a coup to make it happen, but my husband says that’s a scary thought and refuses to support my efforts. However, when I take over the world, my first move will be to make the Mexican border states ocean front property.

  23. Carolyn, read it again.
The verses I chose aren’t about homosexuals, they’re about the sovereignty of God.
My point being, no matter what mankind says or does, no matter if nations rise or fall, God still wins in the end.
I choose to be on the winning side.
