Looking at that pic, first thing came to mind was either a dog collar to be issued to every proletarian in thrall, or something found in B/D/S/M play.
It’d figure that a basically p*$$ified, spindly geek like Obama would be drawn to playing at being a B&D dungeonmaster, complete with the pseudo-butch leather outfit, matching cap and riding crop.
That’s not a meat tenderizer, it’s a truth massager.
Obama would just hurt himself on that thing.
