So the solution they are proposing is to designate children born in the state as “state assets” and not only implement punitive taxes on parents who remove the asset from the state but to require an annual reparation fee to the state.

What better way to turn the country into a 3rd world hellhole than the self genocide of the people who should be having kids while rewarding the ones who shouldn’t.
Of course, when Obama’s amnesty plan gets passed these states will have HUGE population growth. They will however still be losing TAXPAYERS as quickly as they can possibly escape.

There were many reasons that I left California five years ago. Its tax rates were certainly among them.
