The White House is requiring all publicly accessible federal websites to use a secure connection by Dec 31, 2016.
It’s an ambitious goal, but the Chinese can probably have them all hacked before then.

The up side of all this is that when ever the government wants to spy on an American citizen they no longer need a court order to do so. All they have to do is consult with the Chinese to get all the information they may need on any given American at any given time.
