I’m pretty sure the “For Administrators” section is part of the employee manual where I work.
By “bring up irrelevant issues” for Administrators I’m thinking the OSS had to originate the global warming/climate change movement and how ironic to have a climate change “conference” in Paris just after an attack by Islamic terrorists… priceless subversion.
