Meanwhile in Montana, Gov. Bullock just vetoed a bill would have eliminated the need for a concealed weapons permit by allowing anyone eligible to carry a handgun to conceal it. The governor says the idea of allowing individuals to decide for themselves whether they are eligible to carry concealed weapons is “absurd.”
To some, people deciding anything for themselves — with the possible exceptions of choosing to kill their unborn children with the aid of the government, or deciding which bathroom they want to go to, depending on which gender they identify with on a particular day — is the ultimate threat.
