It’s your turn. And the pressure is on. Everyone is expecting something funny, and there you sit, realizing the pressure is on.

It’s okay. You can do this. I’ve been coming to this Website for years, and you never fail to disappoint.

Well, a couple of you. You know who I mean. But not you. No, you always come through. And now’s the time.

  1. Speaking of snowboarding, I’ve been wondering recently if Hogan and his “heroes” were actually speaking German when they were in disguise as gestapo or wermacht or whatever. We just heard English because we are the tv audience. Surely speaking English with a German accent wouldn’t be enough to fool the Nazis.

    Or should I repeat to myself it’s just a show and I should really just relax?

  2. Lorenz Hart, one of the great lyricists for the American songbook (he was Richard Rodgers’s lyricist until shortly before he died, after which Oscar Hammerstein II was), was born May 2, 1895. A few of the tunes to which he wrote lyrics are “The Lady Is a Tramp”, “My Funny Valentine”, and “Blue Moon”.
