Hey, want to hear the 7,543rd instance of Trump saying something in the past that directly contradicts what he’s saying now? If you’re on the fence about Trump, I’m sure this will finally convince you about him.
The media and the opposition are still trying to gather further evidence that Trump is awful, like there are people out there who aren’t settled on that issue. The late night comedians are still trying to mock Trump even though he’s already this glorious spectacle of which they have nothing to add. So basically, no one has learned anything.
The focus is on how awful Trump is, but the issue — and the reason he was elected — is how awful everyone else is. The other politicians. The media. They think it goes without saying they’re much smarter and better than Trump, when they are regarded by much of the population as worse than him. And that they’re still refusing to face that.
Trump is this obvious clown, but Barack Obama was an idiotic, incompetent clown too and they won’t admit it. All of Congress is full of useless, terrible people, but the Dems new slogan is reportedly “A Better Deal: Better Skills, Better Jobs, Better Wages.” How many idiots are left who believe anyone in D.C. can deliver any of those things?
But it’s still the current message from the “opposition” that if you don’t like Trump, go back to the usual incompetent idiots that will continue to screw things up as they always have while the media tells you that you’re the dumb ones. On our current course, Trump will go into 2020 with a 20% approval rating and easily win reelection. And I’m sure the usual suspects will be baffled.

I for one agree with your synopsis 100 percent. I voted for Trump for two reasons. 1.To keep the Clintons out ot the White House. 2. To keep the Supreme Court from having one more Libtard like Ginsberg or Sotomayor for example, assigned to it. So far so good. We have a conservative on the SC and more slotted for the appellate courts. I don’t care if Obama Care gets repealed or not as I figure it will be replaced with something just as odious an costly as OC, plus I’m not subject to OC. I don’t care about building a wall on the border, just vigorously enforce our existing immigration laws, that’s all I ask. I don’t care about promises to reduce taxes because quite frankly I don’t believe either party is ever going to carry out such a promise, or can carry out such a promise for that matter. I don’t care if Trump pisses off the other members of NATO (or the UN) because most of them have been riding on our coat tails for so long they think that’s how it’s supposed to be, and should always be. I’m glad we’re NOT going to pay China, Russia, India, and assorted African nations billions in US tax dollars in the global warming scam. I voted for Trump not because I thought he was going to be Mr. Nice Guy but because he is exactly what he is, a hard nosed businessman who’s rather gruff, abrupt and not always a nice person. Has he done things I don’t agree with? Yes he has. However there’s no doubt in my mind Hillary would have done many more things I would have disagreed with. As for the media my thoughts on them are simple…the majority of them can go to hell.
The Dems new slogan could be “A Better Deal: Better Skills, Better Jobs, Better Wages and Better Pizza.” I still wouldn’t believe them.
“Hey, want to hear the 7,543rd instance of Trump saying something in the past that directly contradicts what he’s saying now?”
Nice that they are pointing those out now since they spent 8 years avoiding doing anything similar with Obama. [oh, you mean he was once AGAINST Gay Marriage? Shocking.]
Face it. Trump is not a professional politician so he acts in unprofessional ways. He is a self-promoting showman so he acts in the way of a self-promoting showman understanding the principle that the only things worse than bad publicity is no publicity at all. Underlying it all he may not be the wonkiest wonk like a Bill Clinton so he will say things that are just not thought out like how you or I would think before speaking or offering an opinion.
All of which adds to his attractiveness to people sick and tired of politics as usual. To expect him to be otherwise misinterprets how he got there in the fist place.
