    • Some time in the future: In another landmark decision the US Supreme court decided today to rule in favor of Chief Justice zzyzx‘s right to the last post on the Sign on the Moon Thread. The historic 8 to 0 (the Chief Justice graciously redacted himself and did not vote) decision came as no surprise to knowledgeable legal scholars thought out the country, all of whom have often stated that, “Justice in this case is long overdue, it’s his divine right to have the last post.” This reporter couldn’t agree more.

  1. will be a homosexual transgender half-black, half-Hispanic person of some sort.

will, if he wins confirmation, end every opinion that he writes with “How do you like them apples?”

will re-enact the Jack Nicholson “You can’t handle the truth!” scene in response to every question a senator asks during the confirmation hearings.

    will be yuuuuge.

  2. will tie Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s shoes together every time that she falls asleep during oral arguments.

will refer to Justice Kagan as “Zaftig” and Justice Sotomayor as “Chubby”

  3. will address Senators Feinstein, Klobuchar, Hirono, and Harris as “Honey”.

will ask Senator Harris for her telephone number.

will address Senators Leahy, Coons, and Booker as “Baldy”; will not ask any of them for their telephone numbers.

will, of course, address Senator Flake as “Flakey”.

  4. Whoa! Didn’t see that coming… Trump’s new SCOTUS nominee…

WILL NOT include any of the following typical Obama SCOTUS nominees….rustlers, cut throats, murderers, bounty hunters, desperados, mugs, pugs, thugs, nitwits, halfwits, dimwits, vipers, snipers, con men, Indian agents, Mexican bandits, muggers, buggerers, bushwhackers, hornswogglers, horse thieves, bull dykes, train robbers, bank robbers, ass-kickers, s**t-kickers and Methodists. Actually it might include some Methodists but absolutely none of the others.
