what difference at this point does it make? Whoever replaces Trump, whether in 2 years or 6, will just remove whatever good he’s been able to do. We have well and truly walked over the edge, there is no fixing this. Not that it couldn’t be done, we WILL NOT.

He should both improve existing barriers and construct new ones.
