I screwed up the scheduing of this post yesterday. I might as well admit it.
… I had my say about donating to campaigns.
I wonder if anyone else has any thoughts about the subject of campaign contributions.
Anyone or anything running against Democrats should absolutely rake in more money. Far more money. Tons of money. And crush them.
Contribute!
Support your candidate financially.
I only wonder, “Where does it all go?”
Oh, and please don’t say “If individuals don’t contribute, the campaign will just have to go and solicit from wealthy interests.”
You know they’re going to do that, anyway. You know they are. They might as well admit it.
After they’re elected, they’re going to take my money without my consent. I’m not about to give it with my consent prior to their being elected.
The question is, how much are they going to take after. And who is doing the taking does matter. A little. Maybe not a lot but, you should take what you can get cause you know they will.

So simple it will never pass. Federal law that states no one may contribute to a campaign unless they are eligible to vote in that election. Period.
Think about it. No outside money, no PAC’s, no spec. int. groups. Just saying. 🙂
