Conservative Treehouse | May 26, 2024 | SundanceJudge Merchan has yet to release the public version of jury instructions, however he previously decided last week that the jurors do not need to agree on a predicate crime in order to find President Trump guilty of trying to hide one.
Fifth Amendment: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment …”
Sixth Amendment: “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall… be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation…”

Good news, Oppo – according to NY State law you can be sentenced to no more than 3 years for nothing at all.
But nobody said how many counts he is facing. He probably won’t even know until after he’s convicted.
So, who gets Oppo’s office when he goes to the hoosegow? Will Walrus get his nameplate?
THe conviction is the thing, no matter if it gets overturned on numerous grounds on appeal.
