I don’t k know…seems like more of a going away present. aren’t housewarming presents supposed to be something for the home rather something you’d use when you’re away from it. Presumably at home you’d have your gallon siracha jug and wouldn’t need this. I’d also be concerned that you might sit on it and end up with very spicy pants.
@1 – Yes, but sometimes the gallon jug is in the kitchen. What if you’re in the living room?

For some unknown reason, to me Sriracha only tastes good on Chinese food. It could be a mental association though.
