Exactly the same way he’s “reduced” the deficit
Unemployment only counts people currently receiving unemployment benefits vs number of people with jobs. Once that runs out, the person is no longer counted even if they do not have a job. Lowering the unemployment numbers by moving people from Unemployment to Welfare is not impressive.
In fact, it is the first time it has happened since there were 57 states. #government accounting
