That s some good stuff. Some observations:
1. Why is it in English? Are the Japanese so versed in the disaster plan that it’s only for foreigners?
B. If I’m not mistaken, the Boy Scour Fieldbook (not handbook) had the backpack pants modification.
5. Is it implied that Godzilla is involved somehow? There was no mention of him either.
Well, I guess that’s better than telling people we have ISIS contained….
