I’m not worried about the future of this country.
Why not?
Sure, we have a socialist in the White House, Democrats (as socialists in this country are known) wasting our military’s time with stupid questions, ignoring the Constitution, redistributing of your wealth to others, blaming America for everything…
Oh, I could go on and on, but the point is, it’ll be okay?
How do I know?
This picture:
See the little girl in the bottom right?
That’s why I feel okay about the future.
Kids have already figured Obama out.
If only their parents were as smart.
Oath of office for (non-socialist) US Representatives:
Guess democrats have a different oath. 🙁
Is it just me, or does the crowd look like an oil painting? Really, something about the lighting and the colours look not quite right. It really reminds me of a Norman Rockwell.
As we speak, that child is probably being rounded up for transport to a re-education camp in some remote location.
Ha! Reminds me of those videos of kids forced to sing songs praising Obama. If you look closely, quite a few of them don’t really seem to be into it. The kids will probably be fine. It is the teachers and parents that put them into those situations we have to worry about.
I knew I wasn’t the only one to remember this man’s broken promises of free unicorns and discounted ponies.
I beg to disagree…I think her sad look of depression is because she fears (as do I) what is going to happen to middle class taxpayers when the bills finally come due for all the trillions the man in the foreground is so eagerly spending.
The little waif looks like Collette from Les Miserables. If only The One was elected sooner…her Mom could have gotten her pixie dust to cure her own tuberculosis. And Collette would have that magical (discounted) pony to get her out of town before the revolution.
Did I say revolution? I meant rebellion. You know how those Bible-clinging, gun-toting, freedom-loving ruffians are…
I’m a little fuzzy on this, Basil. I thought Democrats were children. I think she’s just sad because he doesn’t have a handful of pixie dust for her.
@Charon: There does seem to be something weird about the photo, and it does seem Rockwell-esque. I do know that the kid in front got a fine shot of Obama’s nose hair.
MarkoMancuso – the promised free unicorns and ponies are in Washington and will be delivered someday soon. How do I know this? The capitol is knee-deep in horse-poop. (But, the latter looks a lot like destroyed integrity, so maybe I’m not sure about those ponies and unicorns. Never mind.)
Wow. That answers the eternal question: Do unicorns poop?
Rockwellesque?????…Wasn’t Rockwell a Republican and didn’t he portray America and Americans in the best of times when we were in our “heyday”. I could be wrong about his political affiliation, but just imagine if he was alive today and was a democrat…what kinds of portraits would he paint of America?
Let’s play, “What if that was Bush?”
She’d be Leno, Letterman, the Daily Show and she’d probably be in a movie about her disillusionment with Bush by October.
Now? Well, expect a bunch of stories about how she abuses her puppy and stole little Jimmy’s milk at lunch.
Fix your website. I stopped coming here because WordPress puts me in “mobile” mode and won’t let me out of it. I don’t even VIEW your site with a mobile device. I never have!
[You mean when you scroll down to the bottom of the mobile version, and click the “Exit the Mobile Edition” link, nothing happens? – B.]
The link says “schoolBOY” then the article says Portland Massachusetts but the real question is: why the hell is this story in ANY newspaper, much less one in England? Don’t they have enough people trying to destroy their own country to write about? I certainly hope MSNBC points out the monochromatic makeup of the useless idiot crowd who “even camped out overnight in torrential rain to be first in line for a front row place”, I guess since they didn’t have to WORK, it wasn’t a problem.
We need to come up with a catchy name for her like the left did with the shoe thrower. Then started adding “Bored Obama girl” pictures everywhere.
[After today’s 17-minute, 2,500-word answer Obama gave today, there may be plenty of opportunities for more pictures like that one. – B.]
If barry’s armpit was in my face, I wouldn’t look too happy either.

Richard Milhouse Nixon did the same thing to me in 1968 – after I had waited for hours to meet the candidate for the presidency, when he finally arrived, he reached right over my 9 year old head to gladhand those who might actually vote for him. He cared nothing for “the little guy,” and neither does our current president.
He cares for them alright,
they and their grandchildren are the ones
whose pockets he is emptying to buy votes from the
dumb masses who are clawing for a handshake.
She looks like she is the one paying for this party.
Picture does say it all. Kid looks bored to tears.
I notice her father isn’t apparent in the photo. Looks like Daddy taught her well, despite her airhead Mom.
The beatific looks on faces of the adults is a bit much to stomach. I think the kid is sad because her mother is insane.
