11) When spending tons of tax dollars on shovel-ready jobs, whether to use short tons, long tons, or metric tons.

I don’t think so. I hate to say it but BHO’s re-election odds are probably better that 75%. The GOP has no one and the Media is 100% devoted and working full time to ensure his re-affirmation as their Divine Leader. With a 2nd BHO term I would put America’s chances at less that 20%.
