Give TGIF some credit: what they did was sort of clever in its simplicity. The same can’t be said for Obamacare.

NO!
Rubbing alcohol is actually “wood alcohol”. Not at all the same as “grain alcohol” which is what is in alcoholic beverages. Wood alcohol can cause blindness or even death. Bad idea.

NO NO NO NO! As poster # 1 said, it’s NOT the same kind of alcohol. You can have HORRIBLE intestinal pains, liver damage, other physical problems then probably a slow, horrible death. BAAAAD IDEA!
So why haven’t these people been charged with attempted murder. Or is that not how things work in New Jersey.

you are mostly right, but wood alcohol is methanol, rubbing alcohol is usually isopropyl alcohol. methanol is metabolized into formaldehyde (which is why it causes blindness) isopropyl alcohol is metabolized more like ethanol so it is not as toxic. which might let them evade attempted murder charges. though i agree with you on what SHOULD happen.
